2012 Term Dates are as follows:
Term 1 commences Tuesday 7th of February – Thursday 5th April. (To receive the early bird rate, fees must
be paid by Tuesday 14th February)
Term 2 commences Monday 23rd April – Friday 29th June. (To receive the early bird rate, fees must be paid
by Friday 27th April)
Term 3 commences Monday 16th July – Friday 28th September. (To receive the early bird rate, fees must be
paid by Friday 20th July).
Term 4 commences Monday October 15th – Friday 9th (To receive the early bird rate, fees must be paid by
Friday 19th October)
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Monday February 6th Waitangi Day – There will be no classes on this day – make up will classes will be on
Photo Day Weekend in mid-November
April 22nd Good Friday – There will be no classes on this day – make up classes will be Friday 3rd of
February first week of term 1.
Monday June 6th Queens Birthday - There will be no classes on this day – make up classes will be on Photo
Day weekend in mid-November
Monday 22nd October Labour Day – Classes will continue as normal on this day due to the show being so
close and there being no other time in the year to make it up.
PHOTO DAY – at the studio
Saturday November 17th of November 8.30am – 1.30pm your allocated class time will be confirmed at the
end of Term 3. Depending on how many classes you do, you will only be required for 15mins per class.
Monday classes will have rehearsals on this day to make up for the public holiday disruptions. It is
compulsory for you to attend so please block this date in your diary. Performance classes will be
rehearsing on Sunday the 18th November also. All times will be confirmed End of Term 3.
SHOW DATES
You will be in two shows Saturday 1st December 3pm and 7pm at Kristin School Auditorium.
Tickets will go on sale on Photo Day at the studio.
PERFORMANCE CLASS INFO ONLY
One of the privileges of being in a performance class is that you get the opportunity to be a guest act in the Browns
Bay show or Warkworth show. I will let you know which classes will perform in which show by the end of Term 1 so
you can schedule this in your diary. All scheduled performances are compulsory as we can’t perform with team
members missing.
Browns Bay Show is on Sunday 2nd December 3pm and 7pm at Kristin School Auditorium
Warkworth Show is on either Saturday the 8th December or Saturday 15th December, 3pm and 7pm.
Your call times will be 2pm and you can leave after you have done your last dance, you don’t have to be part of the
final. |
